    Rogasa roses
I Have A Great Beach Rose Bush That Has Given Beautiful Blooms For The Last 3 Years. This Year The Leaves Are Scarce And The Flowers That Are Blooming Are Weak With Flowers. I Do Not See Any Pest Or Have Not Pruned It Since It Was Planted. I Need Help And Fast. Thank You. Java56

Funny thing about rose gardening, there are no gray areas, one is either a rose person or not. I am not, but can maybe give you some insight into your rose problem. Roses need bone meal, I know that for sure, and pruning is a necessity and everything seems to go in three year cycles with them. So I suggest not to worry about blooms this year, just concentrate on getting your rose bush back to healthy and prune, most importantly get some bone meal for around the base of the plant and dig in a little without disturbing the root ball.

And a question for you: why do you capitalize each word. It isn't necessary in the english language to do that. Just the first word in each sentence and of course proper names.

Don't know where you are but this winter in Illinois was tough on roses. I lost several climber that were 10+ years. My rogasa made it but not much else. We went from 70 degress back to a hard frost and snow in a two day period. Red buds croked too.
