I am 19 years old about 118 pounds 5'5. Anyway, I recently started working at a gym and I get to work out for freee! I am not what you would call "fat" but I am not totally skinny either. When I am starting how many miles should I be running on the tredmill? I usually do 2 miles but it takes me a while since I'm out of shape! How long till I can run/walk 2 miles w.o being dead at the end? Lol... also, what does the exercise bike so for u? I did 4 miles on that and it took me like 10 minutes on low resistance...
Am I doing the rite thing? I am also trying to eat heathly foods like southbeach wraps and tomatoes, cereal and lean cuisines... can anyone just give me some guidance..
