As much as you can drink, it will help you stay hydrated, feeling full and cleanses you body from toxins which will help you lose weight easier and faster. Keep a full bottle of water with you at all times.

    Drink up.

They say that a gallon is good no matter who you are or what kind of workout regiment you are on. Water is the absolute best thing for you and substituting it for anything else (especially soda) is always the #1 answer.

Drink 1/2 your weight in water, (the colder the better, lots of cubes!), divide your weight by 2; so that's roughly 15 cups a day. The colder the water is the better it actually aids in losing weight! Your body needs to heat up the ice cold water and it uses energy (calories) to do this, (thermogenic effect), I have read studies where people have burned an extra 100 calories a day by drinking a gallon of ice cold water with exercise.

At least 8 8 ounce glasses a day. If you drink gallons of water you can deplete you body of important nutrients, and some people have actually died by drinking too much water
