I was wondering if anyone else (particularly women) has this same problem if when they shave there pubic hair that when it grows back it has all these bumps around it and stuff where the new hair is coming in and what I can do about it?

I waited for several hours for a woman to answer your question. So far, no woman has. So, I thought that I'd give it a shot since I am concerned that your question will get buried with the questions that have gone unanswered.

By my answering you, it will at least bring your question more towards the top of the list. And, I'm sure that a woman will be able to answer you better than I.

None of those creams worked after I shaved and I hated the itching... so I stopped shaving for a while. I got home and bought an electric razor and it worked so much better than the wet razor. I have had absolutely no problems. Granted, you don't get as close a shave as the wet razor, but it's still a good shave with no problems.

The best thing you can do is exfoliate before shaving down there. It is also best to do is when you have soaked for a few minutes. Honestly, there is only a small window of smoothness down there and the ingrown hairs are usually going to come anyway... it stinks, I know. Keep the area mositurized and exfoliated and don't over shave.

I use to shave my pubic hair but itched, so now I just cut the hair off. Although its not all gone, it looks btter than no cutting
