I spoke to a mechanic and he said the oxygen sensor is located under the car towards the back of the engine. The manual indicates it is in the front by the exhaust manifold. I'd like to know where it really is.

My 1990 honda accord was sitting for about 6 mon and I drove it for 6 mon before I park it for 6 mon now when I went to go start it.it took time cause its been a while after I got it to start it stod on for about 5 min then it shut off so I what a min try to start it again and I got notthing I change ever thing computers new battery new distirbuter spark plugs then I I try to trun it on again a drove it for about 5 mile then it died on me again I know everything is good on the car so I check if I'm getting any spark and sometimes I get a spark off the spark plug wire now ever body saying it my map sensor do you think that the problem
Test/replace the ICM and coil. Many AutoZone stores can do this for free. It's very doubtful the problem is with the MAP Sensor.
