Some times and all of a sudden I feel pinch in my body and urge to ich, as if something bit you. Even though there is No signs of any rash or redness. What is this

I must say I have no idea, but I get the same thing. It gives me shivers down my back too. I think its just a nerve thing though, I have never had any trouble with it apart from the embarrasement of jumping out of my chair when I get it.
