I'm a 31 yr old female who six years ago had my tubes cauterized-burnt now my last period was 40 days ago. This morning I woke up and had some spotting.could I be pregnant?

It is possible, I have heard of it happening.. you are probably too young for menopause, but wouldn't totally rule it out. I would suggest testing and seeing a doctor depending on the results.

The last time I read the stats on this particular subject it was one in one hudred women would either grow another tube or would heal the one that had been fixed. I have heard of some women starting menopause as young as you but I would go to the dr to find out for sure what is happening. Only your dr will be able to tell you for sure.
