    Want to become pregnant
My fiancé and I have been trying to have a baby for the past 3 months and still nothing. Is there anything I can do to make this happen?

Relax. Really that is it. Stop "trying" and it will happen.. . okay and if you aren't use an online ovulation calendar to chart your cycle and try on the best days! But three months is very early in the game. Good luck! (and have fun)
    p.s. I have 6 kids :)

Well, don't feel too bad, I've been trying for about 3 months as well. There is only about a 20% chance of conceiving each month. There are a lot of people on this site that know a lot about becoming pregnant so I will leave it up to them to give you this info, I know a little bit but I don't want to get you any misinfo. Good Luck and hopefully you get some awesome posts... they'd be helpful to me as well!;)

It can take healthy couples up to a year to conceive, and that is if the woman has not been on any form of birth control recently. It can take up to a year for the effects of the pill to wear off, and if you were ever on epo, even longer. I agree with the first poster, the best way is to forget about trying. I wouldn't even chart cycles... although it is helpful. The less you stress about it the easier it will be. Stress does amazing things to a woman's cycle. Good luck.

As everyone has said - relax. You can stress yourself out - and it won't happen.
Also, if you aren't already, start taking prenatal vitamins. Your body needs the folic acid (400 mg per day). It would not hurt to schedule an appointment with your doctor to go over everything. Just a pre-pregnancy checkup.
Have fun, enjoy the journey and good luck.
