Hey guys, I was about 3 days late for my period this month and I am usually very punctual with my periods. This past month however I have been experiencing some bloating, breast tenderness (especially around the nipple, I don't have this with my period usually) tiredness and have been feeling odd sensations, that don't quite hurt in my abdomen. I got some bleeding last night (4 days after due period), it was a rusty brown red colour, but it was a medium flow. I usually feel great with my periods, could this be implantation bleeding? Any and all opinions welcome.

Your best bet would be to take a hpt.

Every thing you said describes me except for the fact that mine isn't a flow. My period was 3 days late and I started seeing some blood this morning. Its now 7:47pm where I am and the blood still hasn't filled up a tampon and I had one on all day.

Typically, implantation bleeding is light, not medium flow... think of normal discharge laced with blood... You can still bleed when you are pregnant. I would suggest taking a HPT to be sure... Every period can be different... sometimes nature throws an oddball in just to throw us off.. good luck.
