Well, from what it sounds like, it seems normal.

Do you have any pain anywhere? Such as your stomach or vaginal area?

You can always check with a doctor if you're feeling uncomfortable

No no pain or anything , I've been trying to get an appointment but my mom keeps putting it off and telling me I have nothing to worry about but I don't know I'm just a little nervous that's it's a bactera infection or something because it almost feels abnormal

From what it sounds like, I get that every once in awhile. Are you on any birth control?

This sounds like a case of bacterial vaginosis. Are you sexually active? If so--do you have protected sex? If not - maybe the guy you are sleeping with is sleeping with other girls? Could this be a possibility? Best bet - go to your gyno or clinic because it will only get worse without treatment. You can have this even if you are not sexually active, but it is most common when there are multiple partners involved. (No I am not a doc, but I had a real slutty friend while growing up and I diagnosed her with everything)

I have only been with one guy, and yes I use protection... is there anyway it will clear up with out going to the gyno because my mom keeps putting it off and I have no way to make an appoint with out going through her first..

I would not self diagnose this situation. You should never use over the counter yeast treatment unless you are 100% sure there is an infection. I did it once thought I had a yeast infection.. no infection but I did get a reaction to the meds and began to swell get red and burn down there. I was so swollen I could not walk.

It is a bacterial infection which is easily treated with antibiotics prescribed by the OBGYN of course. Lots of girls are prone to it, it doesn't mean your dirty or anything, it has to do with the PH balance being off. Just try to go to the dr as soon as you can to get the prescription.
