Hi Everyone,

I have a question to ask I had the implant put in my arm last year in November I had it took out in April as it was giving me headaches more I then went back onto the pill for a week or so and me and my partner decided to try for a baby.As soon as I came off the pill I had a period pretty much straight away.My next period is due to come up and I do feel slightish period pains is there any information anyone can give me to let me know if I could be pregnant or not I haven't had any symptoms yet and I am desperate for a baby.

It al depends on if you had sex since your last period, and whether it was around the time you ovulated. If you did then I would wait until your next period, if you miss your peiod take a HP test and if not better luck next time

The only thing you can do is wait. Some women don't get any pregnancy signs. Some get them all. It's really just up to your body and the hormone levels you produce. Wait till you miss your period and then test. If it comes back negative test again in a week if you haven't gotten your period. After that if you still haven't gotten it seek out a dr and have him do a blood test. It might take your body a while to get all the hormone from the implant and the because pills out. So it might take awhile for your body to get on a regular normal schedule.

Hi, it seems like me and you are in the same time length, I'm also trying to conceive and waitn for my period to start at begg of June fingers croosed good luck to both of us, anyway if you kind of know the exact date and no period wait until the day after and then take a test, I pray you succeed and get pregnant :)

Is this the first time for you ? Today I have been feeling very light pains at lower part of stomach. I don't know I think I am going to have a period its just strange if it doesn't happen first time then maybe next time maybe its because I have come off pill and had an implant like you said we will have to wait and see have you been getting any signs yet ? :)

No! I have alredy been blessed with my 1st a boy he's 3 1/2, more that us he was ready for a wee bro/sis, he's like 'mummy can we have a new baby' to tel you the truth I'm prob hoping for a miracle because we'v had 1 shot at it yet and hoping it'l happen, but then again I've been charting my periods, ovulation times so I had a pretty good idea when I was ovulating, but then again who knows!!
