    Hello reser:

    You're supposed to move before foreclosure. However, if you're asking how long before they put you out, they can do it the same day. You're not a tenant, so they don't have to go through the procedures for eviction. You're a trespasser and easy to get out with a call to the cops.

    If they tell you to...

    As soon as the bank or lender takes control of the property, it voids any lease or rental agreement. They will notify you if they want you to leave.
    While in most cases they will ask you to leave since they want it empty to sell it. You should be getting a notice to move.
