wavelength times frequency = speed of light

    first convert 10.7cm to m = .107 m

wavelength times frequency = speed of light

    so...
    .107(frequency)=299792458m/s

so simply divide speed of light by the wavelength.

    =2.80E9

"E9" mean times 10 to the ninth power
