I merried this illegal person and he left me after he got my second signature to get his papers.He was merried in Chile before, but he supposely got divorced. The day he left my house he told me he furge his first wife signature. I want to know how can I find out if he is legal now? And if I get divorce he won't get no legal papers? What can I do he hurt me I thought I was his only wife. Does he have to get divorces in his country ,too?:confused:

First off, what country are you in? Did you sponsor him to become a citizen? Normally this takes months so if you only just signed the sponsorship documents call US Immigration and let them know of the divorce, they should deny his application.
