Hello I hope someone can help me... I had accident last week with my motorbike.. first one, I was going down in road, was crossing over the cars, and them one car just came from the second road by the middle the cars.. and crash me. I didn`t have time to stop and wasn`t runnig, I have contact the insurance company and them after same question they transfer the call for another company, this company can make a claim for the another insurance company about my repair to the motorbike and my cover it is just for the thrty part.. now they`ll collect my motorbike.. but they say I must wait to the another insurance company authorise the repair... how long this should take? How I can now if I was really correct in the traffic..? If both part say are correct? What going to happen? And what should do ?

Take a breath and give a lot of details in english. State where you are at, who was at fault, and whose insurance will be paying.

It can take months sometimes for insurance companies to agree to pay, esp if it is the other persons insurance, and often they will refuse and you have to sue them.
