Newton's first law of motion: An object will remain stationary or move in a straight line provided there is no force acting on it.

Newton's second law of motion: F=ma or Force is the rate of change of momentum (F=(mv-mu)/t )

Newton's third law of motion: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Velocity is rate of change of displacement. [v=s/t] Velocity is the same as speed but it is a vector quantity(that has both magnitude and direction) where speed is a scalar quantity(that has only magnitude but no direction).
