    Replacing moldinng after tiling floor.
I just laid ceramic tiling annd was trying to install new base board molding and have discovered that the walls are not always straight and the 45 degree cuts do not match. I there a way to compensate for this.

You can "cope the corners". Corners are rarely square. Cut one straight into the corner and the cut the other on a 45 degree angle. Then cut of the cut part with a coping saw on a 45 degree angle. It is hard to describe but will fit almost all mistakes in corners. As for the wall molding, you can scribe the molding to get it close and then caulk whatever gaps are left. Lowe's and Home Depot have books that show pictures on these situations
