    Pregnancy and medroxyprogesterone
I was given medroxyprogesterone to fix my period. Can that also help me get pregnant. I have been trying for 5years but because of my irregular period it was impossible. If not what can I do.

Actually it does not HELP you get pregnant, in high doses it can act as a birth control as it prevents ovulation. However, in lower doses it is known to prepare the lining of the uterus for implantation should pregnancy occur.

Have you visited a fertility doctor? Has your husband been tested for sperm amount and motility?

    What J_9 said.

You didn't raise your conceiving concerns with your Doctor? I can't imagine a Doctor prescribing you such a treatment if he knew you were trying to conceive.
    Is this a gyno specialist?

Medroxyprogesterone is used in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding but it's also a contraceptive of long duration so I don't see this helping with the baby making. :(

    See a specialist. Good luck!
