    I'm sure you can make a motion to continue your case, but it's going to have to be based on some law. He's not just going to give it to you because you asked.

    tshfaust, the reason no one was answering your question, was that you merely attached it to someone else's thread, instead of askng your own question, no one saw it, Please I understand a new site can be hard to understand, but if you want to get some response please click on "ask a new question"

    You can ask in any court case to have it continued, and it will always be up to the judge, if you have asked for too many, if you don't have a good reason for one, if the judge just does not like you, he does not have to give you on. You will have to show a need or a legal cause.
