    Bedroom door
Unless you push the door against the wall, it will close by itself, as if the house is leaning. And if the ac or heater cycles on it will close. We tried tightening the screws on the plate, but it still closes. Can you help?

You can try removing one of the hinge pins and on a hard surface slightly bend it with a hammer then reinstall it. The pin friction should stop it from moving.

Your wall is out of plumb, this is causing it to want to shut its self, as for the ac closing it most likely your just having air circulating and pushing the door shut. Nichols trim
