This daewoo here has a short somewhere? No gages work, but the windows,locks,and instrument panel does now the fuel pump has stopped working? Could there be any relation?

This is not an answer. My daughter had this problem with her Daewoo. The problem was the wiring and she had to have it replaced. Everything works fine now.

1. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how:

2. Check ignition switch and harness.
