Trying to break my lease agreement
I live in South Carolina, and have recently started having some medical complications that is limiting my ability to work, and the quantity of work that I am allowed to do. Because of this my income has been greatly diminished. My lease doesn't end for another 6 months. Is there a way for me to break my lease without any financial ramification from my landlord.

You should talk to your landlord and tell them of your situation. They may be willing to work with you.
Also, look at what your lease says about early termination. A lot of times it could be that you give 30 days notice and pay a term. Fee of equal to one month's rent OR you will have to pay for the entire lease amount - until the property is re-rented.
