    Weird meditation
A friend told me that a way to reduce stress is to meditate, so I gave it a try, and it worked out quite well, so everyday for about three to four months I would meditate right after getting home from work, and afterwards I would feel A LOT better, and less stressed. However, recently about five to ten minutes or so into meditation, I start burning up, sweating a lot, then this picture of a dried dead tree in the middle of an open field of nothing just bursts into flames, I wasn't sure as to where else to post this, but I hope someone has an idea. I am just confused as ****, and wondering what it means.

How strange and symbolic. Are you angry with anyone? Someone that has passed away perhaps? Or are you worried about something?

It might help to do some positive affirmations before you begin to meditate. Also, you might want to "direct" the action in your vision by seeing a cool rain falling on this tree or something similar. You might want to bring up some memories of a time when you felt happy and refreshed - anything that will bring a cool, comfortable feeling to you. Your are the one with the control within so you can re-direct your vision to something that is more comforting. Take care.
