    Automobile lien against property
A judgement was entered against me for outstanding debt with ford credit 8/1/05 in the amount of 3281 and a lien was later placed against my property. I am currently trying to pay off my balance owed to them through the collection office that filed the motion in court but was told I now owe $6400. Do I have to go through the collection agency or can I go to general session court and pay the court to have the lien removed? How does this usually work?? Also if the lien is reported as 3281 can the fees double in a 1year 8months??

They can not change or add to the judgement, if they had a judgement, they can only add what interest or costs allowed by the court, get a copy of the judgement and see wha they are allowed.
