In a hypotenuse triangle, I have two co-ordinates of the adjacent side and the length of the opposite side. I don't have hypotenuse side length. With these information how to find the missing third co-ordinate.

I don't entirely understand the question though, What do you mean by 2 coordinates of the adj side? The end coordinates or any 2 points on the line?
I don't understand the question either. What is a "hypotenuse traingle"? Do you mean a right angle triangle? And just what coordinate are you trying to determine?
From my googling, I believe it must be a right angled triangle, ebaines. Which is why I suggested pythagoras. We need the OP to provide more info :)
