My child got in trouble for not wearing school uniform. So a teacher went to her grabbed her arm and forced her to move she broke away from him telling him not to touch her and she was willing to walk with him on her own when he grabbed her arm again. And I need to know is he allowed to grab her like that or is that assult because she is only 13 . Please I need help I need to know if he is allowed to do that or not.
