Trypsin is naturally produced in the pancreas and is used in the small intestine to digest proteins. A trypsin deficiency can lead to cycsticfibrosis.
As for hazards. It is irritable to the eyes, skin, and resipitory tract. Also it could cause an allergic reaction.
