    Limited or no connectivity problems
    :confused: When I try to hook up cable internet to my computer it says "limited or no connectivity problems". I try to renew my IP but after a couple minutes I can't for some reason. I don't use a router... just straight from my modem. What should I do?

    Do you have any networks set to your computer?

    Check,

    Start/Control pannel/ Networks and dial-up connections

    Look for a file that says either 1 or the three:
    Local Area Network
    Cable Network
    Or Usb Network

    If you have any other networks installed, that may be the issue, you might need to set your network to being the primary one...

    How is the modem connected? I had mine connected via USB and the connection was slow and cut out a lot, it's best to use a network cable.

    Just one more possible cause. Let us know.
