If I just had a baby how would I know if I was pregnant again... I can't really tell and I'm not sure when I should take a pregnant test:confused:

Your hormones are still out of whack - so I wouldn't waste time or money on a home test. If you think you maybe pregnant again - have your doctor do a blood test. You should be going in for a 6 week check up (if you haven't already) and they could do it for you then. Or tell you what is normal and what is not as far as, what you are feeling.
