    I have a dryer that is run to a 30 amp breaker then to the home breaker,the problem I'm having is the dryer blowes the left fuse on the 30 amp breaker all the time.I was told the heating element was bad ,went out bought a new dryer same thing why is this happening?

    ... be placed in a mode where the heating coil doesn't kick in to test whether the motor or other circuits are at fault? It's also a possibility the breaker is the problem. Is the protection element really a fuse or a breaker? Have you tried swapping the left and right breakers?
