I am divorced from my ex for 4 years now 2 years ago we got back together now last year he decided he no longer wants to be with me, now here is the problem we own a house together, he refuses to move out, he doesn't pay the bills properly, he will not let us sell the house and he still wants to have sex with me. More specifically, what does the divorce decree say about the house? In most states, its either sold and the profits split, or who ever wants to stay they have to buy out the other. The lawyer who did your divorce can clear this matter up for you.

The house was purchased after the divorce so it is not in the divorce decree. Both of our names are on the deed but, the mortgage is in his name.

Honestly he would be crazy to leave as he has to pay no matter what. See a lawyer and get a free consultation. It may affect your credit as long as your name is on the deed. Sorry I could not be more helpful.
