Can a minor be presented with a deportation order if their parent or guardian is not present ?

I don't know if its possible to deport a minor, they would have to deport the parent as well.

A minor cannot be separated by his/hers family. If they have to deport a minor, they have to deport the parents as well per the Federal Law, but in actual it does not happen, because I know an illigal immigrant who crossed the border with his younger brother, but he was released and his younger brother was deported right away. May be just because he is unable to work and contribute to the Anerican Economy. That's my best guess. In actual things work differently.
