    Water flow in kitchen sink
I am having problems with water flow in my kitchen sink. It starts OK but in a few seconds it sounds like air in the lines and the flow slows to a near trickle. It is in the cold water only. The hot water was doing it for a while but quit although the flow is still not what it had been. Any suggestions?

    Pump or city water?

"I send a question about low/slow water pressure in my kitchen sink. It starts
out OK then a noise (like air but not) then very little flow. I am on city
water. I checked the airater on the faucet - not clogged. It started doing it
on the hot water but is not now - only on the clod water."

That would place the problem in the cartridge or the supplies. Something's got in your line and when you make a draw t starts fine but then water pressure forces the obstruction up until it blocks the flow. The solution would be to locate the obstructionbe. Shut off the water under the cabinet and open up the faucet. Check the inlet ports of the cartridge and the inside of the valve body. Now open up the hot and cold supplies for a moment to flush them out. Some where, along the line, you're going to find a small pebble, or something, that's got into your faucet. Remove it and your problem's solved. Good luck, Tom
