It could be an abrasion (need I say more!). But best advice is getting it looked at by a doctor who can actually SEE IT and diagnose.

I would say an abrasion or a cyst. GO TO A DOCTOR.

Without being able to do a physical and examine it myself, I cannot tell you for sure. He needs a proper diagnosis by a proper medical professional.
