I used to live in New Hampshire when I watched this movie/show and we had satellite so there is a good chance it is Canadian, as I remember watching the Raccoons and other shows like that.

It is a vague memory, but I was 3 years old when I saw it, so :)

No clue if it was a show, but I am more inclined to believe it was a movie since I only saw it once. I know there was a girl in it and I think she wore a dress, there were woods too, or maybe jungle. Then, the most memorable part, there was an underwater car, I believe it was yellow, and had a bubble dome shaped glass top, and I'm pretty sure it had wheels. So it looked something like a yellow innertube with a glass dome top and wheels. I think I remember it being hidden at some point, there was a lot of emphasis on the car though. It made sound too. That's really pushing it, I think if I try to remember anything else about it I will end up making it up.

Maybe the magic school bus cartoon series? The bus could change shapes and it was yellow.
