    When I use my outside faucet water leaks in my basement . No apparent leakes outside

    In the ceiling of the basement, find the pipe, there probably is a leak that connects the pipe to the outside of the faucet. Although, if you have clay ground, what could also happen is the water stays there a soaks through the blocks of the basement. In this case, you would have to have someone either put some drain tile in, so the water has a place to go.
