    Listen, I'm doing a project and I was hopeing that you could help me with it by giving me some formulas and other examples that relate to martial arts.

    I feel this should go in the homework help section. I do know of a website that might be able to help you. I don't know if it will, though. Howstuffworks "How Karate Works"

    You need to look up impulse, center of gravity, how far you can tip something until it falls over, force, momentum.

    These kinds of things come into it a lot.
