Hi there I need to find out something before I do this wrong warm/hot water wet face apply clearasil on face massage in 40 seconds then stop wet face again with 10 splashes of hot/warm water then 3 cool water splashes tell me please this I need to know or I'm doing it wrong

Well there's no technically right way to wash your face. Your routine sounds just fine, as long as the warm/hot water is there to open your pores, then massage gently with your preferred cleanser, and then after rinsing you may splash some cool not cold water on your face to close up your pores. Sounds like you're doing it just right!
