Have some issues to bring to court, ei, physical abuse, reckless driving, endangerment resulting in personal injuries. These injuries are inferring with my working abilities and limiting my physical mobility. Was abused wife and little children and afraid to do anything at the time. Thank you for responding so quickly. I was hoping I could pursue some compensation for the grief and hardships suffered, not necessarily to put someone in jail. It was a fearful time and now the children are not so dependent, they've been encouraging me see if there may still be a remedy of sorts available.
