I don't know how to deal with life anymore. The fact that I am stuck in this body and life is the most frustrating thing in the universe.

What is so wrong with it?

It is frustriating isn't it, sometimes it just sucks ( excuse the term)

But you know what sometimes it si great, and if we don't make it though the bad times, we can never enjoy the good times.

I can remember a many years ago, I got a call that my 1st wife had died, she was shot to death, and then guess who was the first suspect, yes law and order is right,it is always the husband or ex husband, esp when she was killed with his gun. But thank god that I was working in a government high security building on video the day it happened, but do you know how hard it is to get the video from a high security government building.
Well I sat there and wondered why, what difference do I make and why is all of this happening to me. I discovered something, first yep life is not always fair, but it always changes tomorrow, and if we don't like something that is happening, we can change a lot of the things we do.

And maybe not tomorrow, but next week or next month things can get a lot better.
The seond thing I learned was that we can't do anything by ourself, we have to talk to others and let them help us. Sometimes that can be a parent, or a school couselor, a trusted teacher , your pastor, or someone,
In the end we grow and we get stronger from the things that seem bad
