    Marital fraud
I got married to someone five years back. Now when she got her green card, her parents want to migrate and live with us. I couldn't get along with them so they asked her daughter to move out and live with them. My ex-wife even left a seven month old baby behind to follow her parents.

Now, we are divorced and my wife has to pay me child support but she gets parenting time three days a week. She claims that she is paying her parents (who are on a B2 visitor visa) $800 a month to help her and the baby so she doesn't have to pay me child support! Can they legally be paid on that status? What are INS laws about it? Where can I get an INS clarification on this?

Well, it would depend, your best bet is to start by calling Immigration and Customs Eforcement, the number is below in my post. If she is already on a green card and divorced you she may be allowed to sponsor her family herself. They can at least answer this and refer you to another department who can determine if she needs to pay child support and/or if she can lose her green card.

As for the parents, as long as they aren't overstaying the visitors visa the daughter can give them money towards monthly expenses if she is staying with them

From the ICE website (Immigration and Customs Exforcement)

"To report any suspicious activity please call 1-866-347-2423. Emailed reports of suspicious activity or "tips" are not accepted at this time. "
