    Can she be kicked out?
Hi there. I have a question. My sister and her boyfriend in of 7 years have bought a home together in Ohio through a bank a couple months ago. Both names are on loan and deed. They have 5 kids... 2 are hers and his, 3 are his and someone else's. Anyway he said he wants her and her kids out in 30 days. Can he do this? Please let me know asap!
    Thank you
    Crystal

    Hello fairy:

Of course not. They own the house together. She should see a lawyer - TODAY.

With her name on the deed? No way!

She needs an attorney because this will get messy. What is likely to happen is either one party will buy out the other or they will be forced to sell and split the proceeds. But neither party can tell the other to get out unless there was some agreement in writing about the joint ownership.

He can tell her anything he wants, just may not be legal. Scott's right, the war is just getting started and the winner has the biggest gun.
