Can anyone tell me what LOVE is. And what you think it is to you.

Love is a sacrifice! When you love someone, you will make sacrifices for them, even your life! If you wouldn't risk your life for someone, then it isn't love!

It should not be taken lightly! Don't say what you don't mean!

Do your friends tell you you're babbling? Can't stop thinking about your next time to be together... Can you lift a jet plane yet.. Hmmm, I'm not an expert but I'm in love... You should be able to tell soon, too...

Love is giving to someone, and getting it back.

I firmly believe that love is situational specific. One person may be hard pressed to explain to you what love is. People always say that when you find it you will know. This is not always the truth. Sometimes you don't realize it until it is too late. That is part of what makes it so special. It is unpredictible, cunning, and just about every other adj that all of the responders of this question will tell you. Just remember we all will be describing our depiction of love. This may not be exactly what yours is. So don't try to base yours on ours or the false impressions that you will see it on TV, or in the books.

Love is just a word we say because nothing els can describe what you feel for that person you would do anything for one person live a void has been filled and even death is of no consiquence to you anymore, but as they say good and bad ying and yang love can also be the one thing that can break someone you cannot mend a broken heart, love is special give it to someone who will give it back and the word has no meaning without the feelings so don't say what you don't mean.
