Pay attention. Become more aware. As you go about your day look for signs. Your mum is okay and if you pay more attention to what is going on around you, you will know it is true. What did she like,, what did you enjoy sharing,, what was here favourite flower?? Look for the signs that she is okay. They are there you only need to become aware of them.
