If you are speaking of the music that a person hears when they call you, then you must contact your cell phone provider's customer service and ask them how to download some ring back tones. Each company has a different website or service which to implement this.

Generally you also must pay monthly for the service to work on your phone.

U're cell phn company will have to provide the srvc. Check w/u're local cellphone company to see if they have the equipment in your local switching office.
