I received a Personel Bank loan of $6,000.00 for my upcoming Wedding.

Two days before found her cheating and called it off.

Went on the Honeymoon to Mexico by myself to get away and think things over.

Spent the balance of the loan and the rest of my savings trying to forget.

Ended up having to get a job to support myself to stay.

It has been seven years now and I would like to return back home with my new Family.

The Bank loan was in Ontario, Canada.

What type of charges would I be looking at.

Please any info would be great or questions to me if needed.

Seriously what are you talking about, what criminal charges, you just did not pay back a personal loan, you made a lot of stupid choices and your credit history will be in the toilet.

If they sued and got a judgement before the SOL was over, they may be able to garnish wages and attach your money when you move back,
