Let's say that 75 kg is normal for some, you do not mention your height and that is important in factoring in your weight.

You exercise, but are you eating healthy? This is important.

You would exercise and the weight would come off, but to keep it off you must continue to exercise.

I would like to recommed diet, but since you are in Africa I do not know the main staples of food there as I am in the US. Just know that you should stay away from all forms of junk food and eat fresh fruits and vegetables in equal proportions.

No fast foods, fatty or fried foods, also cut out soda, cakes, chips, presweetened drinks, drinks lots of water. Fruits and veggies, legumes and whole grain breads, cereals, pasta, or rice. Portion sizes are really important, a serving of meat is 2-3 oz which is small like an open palm, so smaller portions and more exercise will help you a lot.

You're probably going to find this response typical and unhelpful but there is a lot of truth to this.

It is what's inside the counts, who you are as a person, your qualities, your personality e.t.c.

I know that may sound like an obvious answer but really, it is very true..

Be happy with yourself for who you are. What you look like should bear no relation to your worth in comparison to anyone else as long as you are a good person inside.

Anyway, I appreciate that you may find that unhelpful as you do feel unhappy but it is a thought to bear in mind. I am sure there are others who can give you some practical advice.

Just remember, anyone who judges you for your looks are not worth YOUR time!!

    Take Care! :)
