I'm 14 and I have this thing on my vagina on the cheek thing and its big its like a zit but it won't pop. What is it please tell me.

Could be a gland cyst. Talk to your parents about seeing a doctor for treatment.

Instead of guessing. Instead of trying to figure it out without an actual medical exam. It is best left with the doctors. Please do me a favour and if your concerned about anything on your body that does not seem right, see your doctor. Not that there is anything wrong but it will not hurt to actually get somebody to rule out anything else and your mind will be more at ease instead of freaked out, probably over nothing.
