    Natural Skin Care
I am wanting to start taking care of my skin naturally. What are ingredients I should look for? I am a black woman with dry skin, I'm thinking of buying my products from the Whole Foods Market. I want to fix skin discolorations, stretch marks, and dry skin. There is this lady that claims her mixture of potions fixes skin problems naturally, she has a book, anyone hear of her? I need help, I want to be good to go by August. Thanks.

If you want to start a natural skin care regimen, try using ingredients such as citric acid, cocoa butter and sugar. Alpha hydroxy lotions or creams contain citric acid (fruit acid) and they help lighten discolorations and soften stretch marks. Alpha hydoxy acid works by gradually removing the skin cells on top thus allowing healthier skin cells to grow. Creams that contain vitamin A, C and E can also help soften the appearance of stretch marks. Cocoa butter is formulated with vitamins, which is great for stretch marks. Sugar is a natural exfoliant, you can use it twice a week to exfoliate the dry, dead skin cells on your skin.
