I want to know how long after you get a courtdate do you get evicted

It could be anywhere from 5 days to 30 days or more. It depends on how backed up the sheriff's office is and how long it takes the landlord to send them the request for eviction. The sheriff's office will usually come out and post a notice on the door giving you 24-48 hours notice of when they will evict.
